Hi ... well I played lots and lots of songs tonight ... thanks to anyone who listened! Played lots of old songs too ... I actually did a (nearly) chronological show, starting with a song called "Mind Restrictions" that I wrote in 1989. I played lots of older songs I haven't done in a long while, onto 'Person' songs and 'Goodness' songs ... and I played all the '4999' tunes at the end, except "Ayubyanamanaca".

What's with the dudes who want to tip like, ten bucks, but they don't take a CD?

I heard some comedian talk about this once, and it's really true. When you buy the hot dogs, you choose between a package of ten, and a package of eight. And which do you get? I'll tell you which. You buy the 10 pack.

Then you find out, in the bread aisle, that you can't buy hot dog rolls in packages of 10. Only 6, 8 & 12.

I played using an actual setlist at my last solo Vintage gig, and saved the lists, thinking I'd actually post them here. But then, it's like, fifty songs or something and I didn't feel like typing all of it.

Maybe I still will though. Or maybe I'll just not post the set list, and pretend that the list of what I played at Vintage is highly sought, and itself a vintage setlist.. Hardy har.

I'd better just post it. I did a handful of originals and generally enjoyed the gig. It really helped to have planned it out, and made my new quest to go without a music stand very much more plausible.

Okay so I only posted this so I could use the word "plausible", which, admit it, is awesome.
